The cocktail: Ten I See

The Ingredients: Passion Fruit, Gochujang Ginger Yuzu Syrup, St Agrestis Phony Negroni 

The inspiration: A nonalcoholic highball that incorporates two of my favorite cocktails: The notorious Negroni and a cocktail of equal fame the Pornstar Martini. This cocktail reads tart with a punch of heat and bitterness to match. 

The build:
For the Gochujang Ginger Syrup: 
2 Heavy Table Spoons of Gochujang 
5 Juiced Whole Ginger 
2 Cup Sugar 
10 oz Yuzu Juice 
Blend the ingredients for the syrup.

For the cocktail:
2 oz Gochujang Syrup
1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
Top with St. Agrestis Phony Negroni 

I put the syrup and passion fruit into a shaker for a nice gentle 10 sec shake before adding about half of the phony Negroni into the tin and pour into a glass over ice. That way it’s all incorporated together without shaking again.”
