The cocktail: Cornichon Martini
The ingredients: Citadelle Vive Le Cornichon gin, dry vermouth, house pickle brine, orange bitters, saline.
The inspiration: “Let’s combine two of the world's most delicious things: Pickles and Martinis. A martini that is dirty enough for those who like a cold glass of briney goodness but balanced, clean and flavorful enough for those who prefer a more classic martini.” - Yaza
The build:
2 ½ oz Citadelle Vive Le Cornichon gin
½ oz dry vermouth
½ oz pickle juice
2 dash orange Bitters
1 Dash Saline
Stir with Ice. Strain into a frozen Martini glass. Garnish: 1 cornichon PIckle. Lemon Mist
