We’re super excited to announce our latest TINY Talk with the Chairman of Dassai Blue Sake Brewery who will discuss their state-of-the-art brewery + tasting room in Hyde Park + the "DASSAI MOON” project, a collaboration with Japan Space Agency to ferment Dassai sake in space! The “moon” sake returned to earth on March 6, so join us for this special talk + sake tasting at The Greenhouse at La Serre, Albany.
