Meet Filipino chef Champ Peralta who will talk about the flavors of the kamayan table set with banana leaves and filled with fruits and traditional Filipino meat and rice dishes like chicken inasal (grilled chicken quarters in lemongrass ginger soy sauce and lime), lumpia (spring rolls) and caldereta beef stew and rice, plus a refreshing halo halo shaved ice cream dessert.
