The cocktail:  The Twilight Garden

The ingredients: Japanese Vodka, Bergamot Liqueur, Sugar snap peas, Kafir lime, Shiso leaves, no-egg Fee foam, saline

The inspiration: “I wanted a drink that felt like spring in a glass, something green not just in flavor but in color. When I tasted the Oka vodka, I immediately fell in love & thought of cherry blossom season in Japan. Those first signs of spring. It’s fresh and balanced, with layers of herbs, citrus, and floral notes and the Fee foam gives it a creamy texture.” - PB

The build:
2 oz Oka Japanese Vodka .50 oz italicus bergamot liqueur, .50 lime juice .50 simple syrup
1oz green puree - we make this in house with fresh sugar snap peas, kafir lime leaves, shiso leaves
6 drops no-egg Fee foam, 4 drops saline

Dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice, shake for 40 seconds, strain into a coupe garnish with dehydrated shiso powder
