In conversation, acclaimed cookbook author and food scholar Darra Goldstein and Siberian chef Vlad Larvin of Hudson’s Taiga restaurant will dive into the sensory traditions of the Russian taiga sharing stories and flavors that connect place, culture, and taste with the Hudson Valley.
This immersive talk includes:
A fruit-infused spirit or beet kvass welcome drink
A tasting of traditional Russian preserved foods
Russian fresh berry and herbal teas
