Goat Yoga at June Farms for people in hospitality/culinary roles

THE DISHING x JUNE FARMS (West Sand Lake)
We have partnered with Karli Famelette, Wellness Koncierge, at June Farms for goat yoga offered on Mondays at noon — a time that works best for people in hospitality. While spots may be made available to guests or the general public, The Dishing has reserved a number of spaces specifically for hospitality/culinary professionals. If you’re a chef, bartender, server, busser, baker or other roles working in a restaurant, bar or cafe, you are eligible to reserve a free (pre-paid) spot through The Dishing. Invest in your health + join us in raising the bar on hospitality wellness. *Limited spots!

About: Karli Famelette, certified master trainer, yoga instructor and Lululemon ambassador, has been in the fitness/wellness industry for nearly 30 years. These classes are designed to build strength + flexibility. Goat yoga is essentially about moving and breathing in nature. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat or towel. The class is held outside.

To sign up:
1. Find the wellness event date/time you wish to join on our calendar
2. Sign up through The Dishing Industry event link. In the required box, enter the event date/time you wish to attend + we will notify Karli, the yoga director. You will be registered and receive an email confirmation with details on where to go.

Rules: If you are unable to attend, please transfer your free spot to another hospitality professional + notify us or give us at least 24-hours notice so we can fill your spot for you. No shows impact our ability to offer free classes as your reservation is prepaid by our sponsors. No-shows without 24-hour notification will be ineligible to reserve more classes.
