The cocktail: Smoke Signals

The Ingredients: Lapsang Souchang tea, Ghia Aperitif, lime, agave, sumac, thai chili

The Inspiration: “This is Smoke Signals, my non-alcoholic, Lapsang Souchang tea version of a cocktail called “Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire” which I originally made during my Fish & Game/BackBar days, or what I have in my slush machine, the OG.” - KD

The build:
1.5 Lapsang Souchang Tea*
.75 Ghia Aperitif infused with 5 Thai chilies split in half lengthwise
.5 agave syrup (50/50 light agave and hot water)
1 oz lime Shake and double stir (we do ours over a Twin Lakes Co Ice Cube!
Garnish with a lime wheel and ground sumac.

*For the Lapsang souchong tea: Use 8 oz tea leaves to 32 oz hot water. Steep for 4 minutes (No longer!)
