Cilantro + Green Chartreuse — the combo we didn’t know we needed is the vibrant core of Trudy Steier’s (potentially divisive) riff on a Naked & Famous.

The cocktail: Be Quick or Be Dead (on homage to Iron Maiden)

The ingredients: Montelobos mezcal, blood orange liqueur, Cocchi Rosa, cilantro-infused green Chartreuse, habanero salt, lime

The inspiration: “I really like cilantro. That’s it!”

The build: Combine the ingredients and shake. Pour over ice in a Collins glass. Top with club soda and lemon zest.
