Special guest, bar director Keshonn Hatcher of {pretty to think so} in Rhinebeck joins Andrew Patterson, bar director of Milas in Schenectady for a flavor-chasing conversation. Both mixologists traveled extensively around SE Asia, working in restaurants and bars, and find creative ways to use kitchen techniques to coax flavors into cocktails in unexpected ways. You’ll want to hear their tips + try these curated tiny cocktails.
Keshonn Hatcher worked in a Tokyo night club + Japanese ramen shop for two years. Andrew Patterson bartended at famed Attic Bar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With tiny cocktails paired to the talk, they'll get into:

Overview: What is TINY?
TINY is a tiny taste experience with tiny cocktails, tiny tastes + tiny talks. Think TED talks shrunk to size with curated flavors built in. Hosted by The Dishing.
What to expect:
• Events run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a half-hour expert guest talk starting at 7 p.m.
• Three unique à la carte tiny cocktails + a bite are paired to the talk. Half the size, half the price for small appetites + small budgets. Order 1 or a flight of 3.
• Non-alc pairings are also available along with the venue's full cocktail and food menus. Make a meal of it!
