For this event, WASTED No.1., the first in a three-part series exploring waste + sustainability in culinary + fashion, we will hear from mixologist Zach Wolfgramm, bar manager of Kindred (Saratoga) about his inspiration behind building a (nearly) waste free cocktail menu and tips for the home bartender in using kitchen waste from coffee grounds to banana or lemon peels in infused spirits.
