Paulette’s Jamaican grocery store has been a staple on Warren Street for 35 years, but not everyone knows she serves some of the area’s best Jamaican food. At 73-years old, this is Paulette’s first pop up collaboration. Come down to meet Paulette and Chef Kirby of Wm. Farmer & Son. Small plates of oxtail stew, curried chicken, stewed chicken and stewed goat with steamed cabbage, collard greens, corn bread and rice and peas. You won’t want to miss this special collaboration between old and new Hudson.
